Shipping Policy

所有訂單皆從台灣寄出。我們提供台灣國內運送,以及部分國家與地區的國際運送服務。

台灣運送

台灣標準運費為 NT$60。
訂單滿 NT$800 可享免運優惠。

預計配送時間為 3–5 個工作日。

台灣買家也可以私訊詢問是否可使用「賣貨便 NT$38」,可節省運費,並支援貨到付款。

下單前請確認收件姓名、電話與地址是否正確。若因地址錯誤、無人收件、拒收或未取貨導致包裹退回,重新寄送的運費需由買家負擔。

國際運送

國際運費會依照目的地國家或地區而有所不同。預計配送時間可能會因海關清關、假日、當地郵政服務或不可預期的物流延誤而有所變動。

若包裹因地址錯誤、拒收或未取貨而被退回,買家需負擔任何額外產生的運費。

我們販售的許多商品屬於收藏品、稀有商品或限量商品。我們會仔細包裝訂單,但外包裝可能因國際運送過程而產生輕微凹痕或痕跡。

Where is your shop located?

Our shop is based in Taiwan. All orders are shipped from Taiwan.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, we sell authentic squishy toys, character goods, and collectible items. Product condition, packaging details, and any noticeable flaws will be stated on each product page when possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available from Taiwan. Shipping fees and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping fees are fixed amounts. Please refer to the Shipping Information page or check the rates by entering your address in the cart.

Can Taiwan customers use 7-11 Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Taiwan customers may contact us by private message to order through 7-11 賣貨便 with Cash on Delivery.

How long does it take to ship my order?

In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Pre-order items will be shipped after they arrive in stock.

Are pre-order items available?

Yes, some items may be available for pre-order. The estimated arrival date will be shown on the product page. Please note that pre-order arrival dates may change due to supplier or shipping delays.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for brand-new items with defects in the product itself. If you find any defect in the product after receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos to help us verify the issue.

Are rare or vintage items returnable?

Items marked as rare, vintage, old stock, discontinued, long-term stored, or collectible items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to age-related condition, packaging wear, minor dents, scratches, yellowing, glue marks, or other natural signs of storage.

What if the package has minor flaws?

Some collectible items may have minor packaging dents, scratches, or storage marks. These do not count as product defects unless clearly stated otherwise.
