Return & Refund Policy

We carefully check each item before shipping.
Since many of our products are Japan limited, discontinued, vintage, rare, or collectible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item has a clear defect, arrives damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Eligible Returns / Refunds

Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if one of the following applies:

You received the wrong item
The item was seriously damaged during shipping
The item has a major defect that was not mentioned in the product description

To help us review your case, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the outer package
Photos of the item
Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

After we receive your request, we will review the situation and let you know whether your return or refund request is approved.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind
The item is different from what you expected
Personal preference, size, color, scent, or texture differences
The item has been opened, used, damaged, or is no longer in its original condition
The original packaging, tags, accessories, or free gifts are missing or damaged
Sale items, clearance items, or pre-order items
Discontinued, vintage, rare, or collectible items
Minor flaws or normal conditions already mentioned in the product description

Please note that some items may be older, discontinued, rare, or collectible products. Packaging aging, box dents, small scratches, yellowing stickers, minor factory imperfections, uneven foaming, uneven coloring, tiny black spots, or differences in slow-rising texture may occur.

If these conditions are already stated in the product description, they are not considered valid reasons for return or refund.

Defects and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including the item, original packaging, tags, accessories, and free gifts.
If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
