Bibi Shop TW sells authentic Japanese collectible items, rare squishies, discontinued toys, vintage goods, Sanrio items, Pokémon collectibles, and other kawaii collectible products.

Many of our items are limited edition, discontinued, vintage, rare, or collectible goods. Please review all product photos, descriptions, item condition, size information, shipping details, and store policies before placing an order.

2. Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability.

However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography, actual colors may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website.

For squishy and collectible items, small air bubbles, tiny dents, minor paint differences, faded scent, texture differences, packaging marks, box dents, yellowing, glue marks, sticker aging, or other normal signs of age may occur.

If these conditions are shown in the product photos or described on the product page, they are considered part of the item’s collectible condition and are not considered defects.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, shipping address, email address, and contact information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

1. The product is out of stock.
2. The order information is incomplete or incorrect.
3. Payment cannot be verified.
4. The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
5. The shipping address is outside our available shipping regions.
6. There is an obvious error in product price, stock, or product information.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will notify you and process a refund according to the payment provider’s processing time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices do not include possible customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local customs office or delivery provider.

Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Taiwan.

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, holidays, weather, and logistics conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, courier companies, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Since many of our products are Japan limited, discontinued, vintage, rare, or collectible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item has a clear defect, arrives damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item is incorrect, seriously damaged, or has a major defect that was not mentioned in the product description.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as final sale, including but not limited to:

1. Rare items
2. Discontinued items
3. Vintage items
4. Collectible items
5. Blind box or random items
6. Sale or clearance items
7. Pre-order items

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

8. Blind Box and Random Items

For blind box or random items, the design or character received is random unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because the buyer did not receive their preferred design or character.

9. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items may take longer to ship. Estimated arrival dates are provided for reference only and may change due to supplier delays, customs clearance, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control.

By placing a pre-order, you understand and accept the estimated waiting time and possible delays.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, product descriptions, layout, logos, graphics, and other materials, belongs to Bibi Shop TW or is used for product identification and sales purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this website without our permission.

All brand names, character names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
